Good to know
Campfire hour with stargazing runs daily 19:00-20:00 (free; cancelled in bad weather). Ground fires allowed only in the bushcraft field.
Access
About 15 min from Tsuchiura-Kita IC (Joban Expressway) or 25 min from Kasama-Nishi IC (Kita-Kanto). Free parking in Flower Park lot 1, then a shuttle up the hill. Free shuttle from Tsukuba Station (TX) on the official site, 1 trip a day, reservation required.
