Amakazari Highlands Campground

雨飾高原キャンプ場

Campground at about 1,200 m on Amakazari Plateau in Otari Village, in a national park at the foot of Mt. Amakazari (one of the 100 famous mountains). Auto sites, wooden-deck sites and a free site for hikers, with showers and a shop. Open only in summer to autumn.

Good to know

Ground fires banned; fire sheet required and wind may stop fires. Generators, karaoke and loud audio banned. Convenience store is 30 min away by car; bears, macaques and vipers may be present.
