Himitsukichi

Private campsite in Ueda, Nagano, rented to one family or group (up to about 15 people) at a time for camping, BBQ or events. The site has a wood-fired bath, a hand-built pizza oven, smoking equipment, a hand-pump well and a fire pit for open fires. Next to a park with a restaurant, café and a cultural property; suited to small children and first-time campers.

Good to know
Whole-site rental for one group only; no manager on site, so arrival time must be communicated. Day plan 10:30–18:00 also available. Opens as an evacuation site in a disaster.
