Same-day reception at the general reception desk, 9:00–17:00. Norikura Skyline and Echo Line cannot be driven by private car.
Access
By train and bus: Matsumoto Station → Kamikochi Line to Shin-Shimashima, then the Norikura Kogen–Tatamidaira shuttle bus to Norikura Kanko Center stop, about 30 min on foot. The Norikura Skyline and Echo Line are closed to private cars.
