Good to know
Showers cost 200 yen per person; no towels or soap provided. Kitchen hot water only in winter at one spot. Island roads are narrow.
Access
Car ferry from Tsuneishi Port or Uta Port (no advance reservation; first come first served; high-speed boats cannot carry cars). Use Fukuyama-Nishi IC; Fukuyama SA Smart IC is ETC-only for cars/kei cars.
