Noasobi Hama Campground

A seaside campground within Sumiyoshihama Resort Park in Kitsuki, Oita, among about 20,000 pine trees on a peninsula jutting into Beppu Bay. It offers a free-site lawn (30 groups a day), 3 auto sites and a solo plan, with a sunrise over the sea and a lighthouse.

Good to know
No ground fires: bring a fire stand and fire sheet (firewood 550 yen per bundle). Showers are outdoor cold water. Garbage disposal costs 330 yen per 45 L bag; leftovers should be taken home.
