A City of Osaka youth outdoor activity center on a hill overlooking the Senshu plain in Izumi. It has a youth lodge, gymnasium, pool and a campground for day and overnight use, mostly for school and sports groups. A weekend BBQ Village (Sat, Sun, holidays) is also offered.
